BPCL Recruitment 2014 for management Trainee through 2015 - Online application
Bharat petroleum corporation Limited is aiming to recruit the young and energetic Engineers for the post of Management Trainee (MT). BPCL will appoint the candidates on the basis of Score card of GATE 2015. Candidates can fill Online Application form for MT from 17th December, 2014 to 30th January, 2015. Candidates intending to appear in Exam, must fill both form and check the details prescribed by Corporation. Eligibility Conditions :

Educational Qualification : Candidates must possess full time B.E/B.Tech/B.Sc (Engg) through  AICTE/UGC approved Indian Universities/Institutes. Candidates appearing in Final Year of their engineering studies are also eligible to apply.


Age Details : It is different for each category . Date for determining age limit is 01.06.2015
1. For General Category contenders : Below 25 years.
2. For OBC (non-creamy layer) : Below 28 years.
3. For SC/ST applicant : Below 30 years.
4. For PWDs with degree of disability 40% or above : Age Relaxation of up to  10 years.


Selection Process : All the Dynamic and talented will be initially get shortlisted on the basis of GATE 2015 Scores in Mechanical, Chemical, Civil, Electrical & Instrumentation Discipline. Then After Shortlisted Candidates will be called for appearing in Group Discussion/Alternate Selection Methodology and Personal Interview. Each competitor will have clear each round. Then Final selection will be based on Medical Fitness in Pre Employment Medical Examination.


Basic Salary : Rs. 24,900
Pay Scale : Rs. 24,900 to Rs. 50,500/-.
Total Emoluments at entry level : Rs. 10.5 lakhs per annum.

2. On downloading the admit card of same and receipt of registration number, candidates 
need to apply online at BPCL's website.
3. The relevant Link will be alive on 17th December, 2014.
4. On Successful submission, Submit the application by clicking the submit button
at the bottom of the page.
5. Take the print out of form for future use.

1. Commencement of On-Line Application for GATE 2015 on the website of IITs/IIS : 01st September, 2014
2. Last date for submission of On-line application : 01st October, 2014
3. Availability of Admit Card : 17th December, 2014
4. Date of GATE Examination : Between 31st January 2015 and 14th February, 2015
5. Opening date for MT Online registration  : 17th December, 2014
