Gujarat High Court invites Online Applications from eligible Indian nationals for filling up the 1333 vacancies of Peon and Stenographer posts in Subordinate Courts in the state of Gujarat. 2. English Stenographer Grade-I : 70
3. English Stenographer Grade-II : 127
4. Gujarati Stenographer Grade-I : 43
5. Gujarati Stenographer Grade-II : 128
Eligibility for Peon and Stenographer :
Educational Qualification :
1. For Peon Posts : Candidates should be 4th Class Pass out.
2. For Stenographer Posts : Candidates must possess Graduation in any discipline from a recognized University. Candidates also have Typing Knowledge and Basic Knowledge of Computers Operations.
Age limit :
1. For Peon Posts : Age must be between 18 years to 25 years.
2. For Stenographer posts : Age must be between 18 years to 35 years.
Pay Scale :
1. For Peon Posts : Rs. 4,400 - Rs. 7,440 + Grade Pay of Rs. 1,300 /-.
2. For Stenographer posts : Rs. 9,300 - Rs. 34,800 + Grade Pay of Rs. 4600/-.
Selection Process : Selection will be based on the performance in Written Examination, Practical/Skill test and Viva-Voce test (Oral Interview).

b. C/ST/SEBC/Physically Disabled & Ex-Servicemen Candidates will have to pay Rs. 250/-.
