Eligibility Criteria :
Age limit :
1. For Accounts Officer 'D' : Max age is 48 years.
2. For Accounts Officer 'C' : Max age is 43 years.
3. For Administrative Assistant 'B' : Below 35 years.
4. For Clerk 'A' : Below 31 years.
Educational Qualification :
1. For Accounts Officer 'D' & 'C' :
a. Graduate in Commerce with 60% of marks from a recognized University with Advanced Accountancy, Financial Management, Auditing, Law and Taxation as major subjects .
b. Diploma in Finance and Accounts or in a related areas.
2. For Administrative Assistant : Graduate with 55% marks and also knowledge of Typing & Use of personal Computers and its applications.
3. For Clerk 'A' : Graduate with 50% marks and Knowledge of Typing and use of personal computers and its applications.
Pay Scale :
1. For Accounts Officer 'D' : Rs. 15,600 - Rs. 39,100 + Grade Pay of Rs. 6600/-.
2. For Accounts Officer 'C' : Rs. 15,600 - Rs. 39,100 + Grade Pay of Rs. 5400/-.
3. For Administrative Assistant : Rs. 9300 - Rs. 34,800 + Grade Pay of Rs. 4200/-
4. For Clerk : Rs. 5200 - Rs. 20,200 + Grade Pay of Rs. 2000/-.
Selection process : Selection will be based on written test and Interview.
