Blue print show question paper pattern, it shows how many questions are asked from each chapter/units , also how much marks will be given for each questions in each chapter and so on.
For subject like English paper 2 it shows what are the question types included in part 1 and part 2 section, then each type carry how many questions and what is the maximum marks given to each questions.
