Age Limit - Candidates Age should be Between 40 years to 50 years. Age relaxation will be providing as per government rules.

Educational Qualification - 

1. Chief Technology Officer (CTO) : Graduation/Post Graduation in IT with 15 year In banking Experience in the rank of AGM/DGM handling IT Dept. /Technology Centre/DR Site Management/New Technology Products.

2. Chief Risk Officer : Post Graduation with CAIIB. Should have atleast 20 years Banking experience (with 7 years experience) in the rank of Scale V/VI in Risk Management. 

3. Head – Human Resources Department : Post Graduation in any discipline or MBA in HRD with BL/LLB. Qualification in Labour Laws will be desirable. Should have atleast 10 years rich experience in a Leading Commercial Bank in the rank of AGM/ DGM.

4. Head – Audit & Inspection Department : Post Graduation or BL/LLB and CAIIB will be added advantage. 

5. Head – Credit Monitoring : A degree from any discipline with MBA or Post graduation with CAIIB preferred.with banking experience.

6. Regional Head :  Must be PG with CAIIB or CA & Should have Min 10 year of banking experience in operations and administrative service.

7. Head – Alternate Channels : A degree or Post Graduation with CAIIB & should have minimum 10 years of banking experience in handling Electronic Banking channels, mobile and Internet Banking etc.

8. DGM – Finance and Accounts : A Graduation/ Post Graduation from any discipline with CA. CAIIB will be added advantage. Should  have atleast 10 years in banking experience in the rank of CM/AGM, handling finalization of Accounts and Balance Sheet.

9. Head – Communications and Investor Relations : Post Graduate in literature or Mass Communication or MBA. Should have atleast 10 years of experience as Public Relation Manager.

Selection Process - Candidates will be selection process will be based on academic qualifications and Interview.
