CANDIDATES WHO APPLY FOR REVALUATION OF ANSWER SCRIPTS / RETOTALLING OF
MARKS
1.

Revaluation / Re-totalling of marks may be applied
for any subjects under the Higher Secondary Examination
after getting their copy of answer scipt.
|
2.
|
Separate application should be
submitted for each subject through on-line.
|

The fee should be remitted through the downloaded
SBI Challan in any of the branches of the State Bank of
India payable to the Director of Government
Examinations,Chennai 6.

|
Application should have been properly filled.
Defective information will lead to delay in processing the
application.
|

|
After entering all the datas mentioned below, an
Application Number will be shown. Candidates should Print
this page displayed as the application no. is required
again for downloading of the payment challan.
a) Register Number
b) Date of Birth
c) Application number (or) Bank challan Reference number
i.e., 10 digit number.
d) TMR code number mentioned in their Mark Certificate
(March 2013).

After submitting the application for each subject,
candidates may take out a print-out of the
acknowledgement form displayed alongwith the Application
Number.
This application No. is required for future modifications.

Separate application number and chalan will be
generated for each subject applied for.
|

|
After submitting the application form, the
candidate may take out a print-out of the on-line challan
( State Bank of India Challan )
generated by the web-site.
|
10.
|
The fees for Revaluation /
re-totalling of marks should be remitted using separate
online challans, generated directly from this web-site
only.
Clubbing of payment of fees in any other form of single
challan, or multiple subjects will not be accepted.

11.
|
While remitting the payment at SBI the applicants
may request the teller that they are entering the
Reference Number indicated in the payment challan without
fail. This will ensure the acknowledgement of their
payment by the DGE at this online website at the earliest.
The payment status of the applicants will be updated in
the website as an when the payment details are received
from the bank, which is around 48 hours after closing day.

If the Payment status shows "PENDING" even after 48
hours after closing day, you may submit the Department
copy of the challan in Original to the following address
by Speed post or submit in person.

If the payment status shows "RECEIVED", Department
copy of the challan need not be submitted to DGE ( after
48 hours closing day ).

|
On-line
submission of application for CHEMISTRY subject will be opened from 29.05.2013
to 01.06.2013
upto 1:00 p.m.
|
15. |
The last date
for making payment at State Bank of India is 01.06.2013
within banking hours.
