6. Developing the ability to diagnose and resolve live site issues
7. Track record of on-time feature delivery, with few bugs and issues.
8.  Being seen as the go-to tester for a major feature or product component.
9. Ability to work with minimal supervision.
10. Hands on Java with Test NG language
11. Can triage and resolve site issues with supervision.
12. Demonstrated experience in influencing their team’s direction.
13. Understanding of the business as it relates to their area of expertise.
14. Demonstrated leadership through design and code reviews.
15. Hands on Unix and SQL.
